freelancing is the business freelancing meaning is (self employed) there are two type of business according to my categorization 
  1. money investment business
  2. time investment business

Money investment business

this is first type of business that's need your money investment and this is the hardware type of business means you start poultry farm or start shop etc. this type of business need lot of money and lot of time and lot of hard work after this your business run 

Time investment business

this is the digital business this is freelancing in this business we only need skill, experience, and time this is called digital business that's need you lot of attention and time. 
yes freelancing only need your time first of all you give time to learning skill and 2nd you give time to your market place and then you give time to your client but there is not limit of time to work you work any time. If you learn skill there is 2nd option you will apply for remote job but I will suggest you freelancing

  1. Learn skill
  2. Build portfolio
  3. Develop good communication skill
  4. Be Expert in your skill
  5. Learn about Marketplace

Learn skill

this is the first step of freelancing to learn skill if you have skill that's good other vide learn skill from YouTube its free don't purchase paid course learn from YouTube learn complete factors and software's then its you practice time   do practice and make your self expert

Build Portfolio

this is the second step of your freelancing and its very important for you and your career because this is like degree of your work and its impress your client so build your portfolio strong the method of making portfolio after learning skill give free services for 1 month and save completed order and its your portfolio and than go on your market place and tell your client this is my past work with client

Develop communication skill

this is the 3rd important thing for your  freelancing career if you don't understand what client want then you place wrong order your order not matches client criteria then he gives negative feedback or client cannot give you  order so please develop good communication skill if you don't know how to develop communication skill then go on YouTube and watch communication tips and tricks video

Be Expert in your skill 

be expert in your skill let if you are designer than takes ideas from google and create designs and post it on social media and and says people give me advise and post every day one design this habit make you expert in your skill and your expertise impress clients to work with you

Learn about marketplace

this is the most important work and part of your freelancing career if you don't know about marketplace then you not grow on marketplace and you not got more orders so learn all about marketplace and all policies about it and then publish your self then optimized your account and then you got clients and you places orders
